A truly sad day for The United States of America. When well meaning Americans are forced to choose between a fascist and a socialist in a presidential election. Neither of these men are interested in protecting and defending the rights and liberties granted to all Americans by the constitution. I'm confident that either one of them will continue to dismantle our constitution from one angle or from the other. I'm just as confident that either one will tell us its for our own good (or safety) that we are giving up our liberty. My advice on election day... Prepare yourself for martial law.
With Obama's planned attack on the second amendment having left you defenseless, his "civilian national security force" will terrorize all those who dare to speak of liberty. Or perhaps you would prefer that the corporations continue to run things for their benefit regardless of how many people die or which rights are cast aside.

Liberty is not outdated, but America, and perhaps even freedom itself, is in grave danger.

The globalists are at it again as China forces its will on Tibet. Foreign reporters have been forced out so that the Chinese can begin their crackdown in secret. Yet western leaders such as our esteemed president do nothing except "urge restraint." Meanwhile corporations such as yahoo and microsoft, masquerading as news agencies, allow the Chinese government to control the news that the Chinese people receive regarding events in Tibet.

I think its naive of anyone to think that the same type of thing doesn't happen in the European Union and in the United States. We only get distractions from, and misrepresentations of, the real news. Some of which involves the globalists plan for the common man.

If you want to know where the United States and the western world in general is headed take a look at China's actions. Not just now, but since the takeover in 1949. Not just in Tibet either, remember Tiananmen Square? The Chinese have been abusing liberty in the name of security for much longer than the U.S. and they have had our backstabbing leaders tacit consent if not their outright approval.

China has actually banned certain religions and then jailed or otherwise disposed of practitioners. One such religion is Falun Gong. Truthfulness, goodness and endurance are the goals of Falun Gong. Exactly how dangerous are truthfulness goodness and endurance? Well, if your power is based in deceit and seeks total control over peoples lives I suppose its very dangerous. Learn. Resist. Live.

Ron Paul is the only candidate running for the nomination of either major party who is not in alliance with the Council on Foreign Relations. He doesn't seem to get much support in the media and so is not likely to win the Republican nomination. I would vote for him as an independent though... just so I can have some peace of mind.

I see now that, suddenly, the media is kissing McCain's ass? My local TV news program refuses to even mention Ron Paul by name.

Obama and Clinton are both tools (via the Council on Foreign Relations) of the wealthy elite just like McCain, but there never was a real choice with the Democrats. There is no Democratic "Ron Paul", because the Democrats are just as set on altering the Constitution as the current administration has been... they'll just come at things from a different angle and try to scare the American people into giving up more of our civil liberties.

They will promise that they the government will protect us, but they'll need our weapons of self-defense first. They will invoke many threats of violence such as the threat of terrorism and the current media darling school shootings as reasons that we need the government to protect us. They will not mention your right to self-defense because people who can defend themselves need less government not more. The more you believe that you need something or someone, the more control that person or thing has over you.

Do not be afraid. Be powerful, be free and independent.

There is also the Libertarian Party political option.

Far too many Americans view the elected officials in Washington D.C. as rulers rather than as leaders, and that's just fine with the elected officials.

The fact of the matter is that the elected officials have come to view themselves as rulers too, and so in their minds we, the American people, are the ruled. This is a distortion that we help to perpetuate every time we elect someone with no integrity to serve in the "public interest." Whether its Slick Willy or Bush Inc., they are working for the same people and its not the American people.

Researching those who are paying for a candidate's campaign before you elect them might be the only true indicator you'll get about who that candidate might be obliged to listen to in place of the American people. Both the Democrats and Republicans (regardless of race, gender or religious conviction) are in the pockets of the wealthy elite. The only exception being Ron Paul, who has an ever more active grassroots following, and seems to view things with a philosophy based in the solid proven ground of the Constitution. Hmm...

Just imagine a world where the guy in the White House is actually working to protect our liberties; rather than slowly undermining them as the Democrats do, or utilizing the current Republican's outright militant-power-grab methods. I don't agree with everything I hear from Ron Paul, but I know he will work to defend my liberty by looking to the constitution, and not his ego or that of a wealthy elite, for guidance. I figure he's my best bet... so far...

This film is called "America; Freedom to Fascism" by Aaron Russo and it poses some important questions. There are some pretty remarkable statements made by men considered to be world leaders. Not to mention the documented violations of civil liberties and the right to due process and such...

Are we really this easily led? Notice in the film also that Clinton had his own little spy-gate... of course he did, they all work for the same people, and, sad to say, it's not 'we the people.'

!!Elect Ron Paul!!
!Save This Nation!

You can watch Aaron Russo's film here or look it up at google video.

I recently stumbled upon the enlightening, and thought provoking, movie "Zeitgeist"(2hrs).
I also checked out some responses to the movie on you tube. I have to say I find the film easier to believe than its critics. We may be in trouble here. Our liberty is surely in trouble here.

Go! Go, go Ron Paul go! Ron Paul's record speaks for itself. He's perhaps the only one who will try to do anything about the Fed's power grab. Oh yeah, he's old school but, he's the kind of old school we need, and just in time. He's honest and independent and (best of all) a Libertarian at heart.

From the PBS series NOW, here are some links to a recent story about Ron Paul and internet politics. Also here, Bill Moyers interviews Ron Paul in 2002. While most major media outlets refuse to give any air time to him at all, Moyers actually allows Ron Paul to answer questions regarding his views on the war in Iraq and other issues central to the effort to maintain our republic. I would encourage everyone to watch the videos.
